Why should I book using this website?

By booking using this website you will get the best price and friendly service! You are also dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control over your booking.

What are your reception hours?

Our reception hours are from 7am to 7pm Weekdays, 8:30am to 7pm Weekends and Public Holidays.

What is the earliest I can Check-in?

Standard check-in time is 2pm. Earlier check-in times are dependent upon room availability.

Can I arrive late?

Yes, please give us a call if you are wanting to arrive after Reception closes at 7pm, we have an after-hours room access arrangement.

Do you have free parking?

Yes, every room has an unallocated parking spot. Trucks and trailers can be parked in the public car park at the nearby supermarket.

Are your rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all rooms at The Olive Tree Motel are non-smoking by law.

Do you have a breakfast?

Yes, a complimentary, self-serve continental breakfast is provided in the breakfast room. (Not available on Public Holidays)

Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

Yes, we provide free internet to all our rooms.

How close are you to the shops?

Five minutes walk to the town centre. Five minutes drive to the local shopping centre.

How close are you to restaurants?

We are next door to Red Rooster, and walking distance to the Morwell Top Pub, Dragon Place Chinese restaurant and various cafes. It is only a short drive to the local shopping centres, RSL and bowling clubs.

Are you pet friendly?

Pets are not permitted.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 48 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

How do I guarantee my booking?

Credit card details are required to secure room booking or a $200 cash bond.

Do you have a gym?

No, but the Morwell Leisure Centre is 5 minutes’ walk away.
